After creating your profile and adding your location, CatChat automatically shows you cat lovers within 45 km. Browse profiles, see their experience with cats, read reviews from other members, and swipe right on people you'd trust with your cat. When you match, you can chat and arrange everything directly.
Is CatChat safe?+
Safety is our top priority. All matches are mutual — no one can contact you without your approval. Members can earn a 'Cat Approved' badge by passing our cat behaviour quiz. You can leave reviews after every sit, report or block any user, and all data is protected with encryption and GDPR-compliant practices.
Do I need to own a cat to join CatChat?+
Not at all! CatChat welcomes everyone who loves cats. Many of our members are cat lovers who don't currently have a cat but want to spend time with them. You can join as a Cat Sitter, a Cat Owner, or both.
